It simply takes a quick look around Alyson Pond to understand why this North Raleigh neighborhood earned the honor of "Best Neighborhood for Families". From the pride residents take in the appearance of their homes and yards to the neighbors who greet each other on daily walks, there is a great sense of community. Below is just a sample of what you'll find while strolling through Alyson Pond:

Residents of Alyson Pond can enjoy a quick dip or a long swim in our community pool. Others enjoy relaxing under our new poolside shade arbor. Although there is no lifeguard on duty and adults and children are responsible for their own safety, the pool offers a cool respite on a warm day. The pool typically remains open from May until September.

The Clubhouse is a central gathering area for Alyson Pond Social Events. In warmer weather, the back patio provides a breath of fresh air. The clubhouse is also available for rent by residents for personal affairs.  All rental requests should be made through Charleston Management.

The pond is the focal point of our community. Many homes border the edge of the pond. These residents enjoy beautiful views from their home and yards. Other residents have access to a public area surrounding the pond and may walk across our footbridge to get a better view of the fish and water fowl.

There's something for everyone at Alyson Pond. Children have lots of fun playing in the tot lot area. Other residents take to the courts for a game of tennis or to shoot some hoops at the basketball area.
