Covenants

Architectural
Approval
All plans for improvement, additions,
landscaping, etc. must be approved by the Architectural
Committee. Please review the Architectural Section of the Homeowner
Guidelines prior to completing an Architectural Approval Form.
Clubhouse Rental
All Clubhouse rentals are handled through Charleston
Management. Rental Rules are listed in the Recreation
and Clubhouse Rental Guidelines.
